Post-Course Survey
Upon completion of the course and turning in their final portfolio, students will receive an anonymous survey from the department administrative assistant. The survey will seek both quantitative and qualitative information regrading the student's course experience. Students will be asked to share how they feel that have grown in material development, what aspects of the course were most effectiveness, what resources they used the most in course, their suggestions for improving the course, along with their likeliness of incorporating the materials they created in the course into their classrooms.
Student Interviews/Focus Group
3 Student interviews and a small focus group of 4-6 students will be conducted during the course of the semester. These students will be asked to share their impressions of the course and candidly reflect upon the effectiveness of the material. These mid-semester interactions will provide the instructor with time to add additional resources/mini-modules if needed to reinforce learning.
